Private Gitlab#34

Hey Folks,

i would be great, if I could use the Gitlab-Plugin with my own Gitlab-Instance.

Example:
I have a hosted gitlab at gitlab.mycompany.com and would like to see the Merge Requests for a Project.

Currently only repositories hosted on gitlab.com can be used.

@Tobias Lang thanks for the feedback! Is your Gitlab instance open or behind VPN?

My Gitlab is open (accessable via public internet) and not hidden behind a VPN.
